Tokyo Trip - April 2008

The Kropp family here in Redding will be embarking upon yet another short-term to Tokyo with School of Ministry students in tow.  Actually, they will be doing the ministry as Donn and I sit back and feast on sushi....kidding, kind of.  The 13 of us, together with the Holy Spirit, will set captives free in Japan; refresh the Japanese believers, and change the spiritual atmosphere with prayer and worship.

Here we are having a team meeting--preparing for the journey with prayer and worship--doing art as we listen to God's heart for the trip.

ONE YEAR AND GOING STRONG

For Naava's first birthday we had an intimate gathering of friends and family at a local park.  We had originally planned on having a' birthday breakfast' in honor of her early arrival to Earth--but coming out of the holidays, Donn's birthday, and Dea's mom's birthday....we ended up celebrated leisurely in the afternoon.

We made a raw cake for her birthday.  Only the best organic food for our daughter! :)

New Jersey Holiday

Todd and Merete (plus Karina, Saxon, and Karsten) MOST GRACIOUSLY housed all of us over Christmas. It was a fun-filled time of Wii, wine, and song (and dance).

Next Christmas Al, Jill and Jaden will be in the Land of the Rising Son

Home-Sweet-Home

For the last month of Donn's travel nursing contract, we lived with a Taiwanese millionaire that God connected us to. A taste of posh Bay Area life was fun--but after awhile Mercedes and the like become a bit mundane. We were SOOO exceedingly grateful for a safe, comfortable place to dwell though, I will say that.
